  1. Boil buckwheat in a hot frying pan for a couple of minutes. Then pour into a pot with boiling water and cook until tender.
  2. Chop onion in half rings, chop green onion, large eggs to cut. Fry the onions until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, combine buckwheat, onions, eggs, cream cheese, horseradish, green onions, salt.
