To prepare the toppings at home in this recipe we will use canned salmon in your own juice, squid and shrimp. It turns out very tasty lasagna! Instead of shrimp, you can also take crab sticks.

  1. Remove salmon from a jar, transfer to a small bowl. Take out bones. Knead with a fork.
  2. Scalp carcasses scald and cut.
  3. Boil the shrimp for 5 minutes. (If instead of shrimp use crab sticks, they need to be cut)
  4. Chop onions finely. Heat in a pan vegetable oil. Sauté the onion. Add fish, shrimp and squid. Stir and fry. Pour in sour cream. Boil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
  5. Pour water into the pan. Boil. To salt. Lasagna Sheets boil until half cooked.
  6. Grate the cheese.
  7. Generously grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle breadcrumbs. At the bottom, lay out the overlapped boiled sheets lasagna. Spread the filling layer on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Alternate layers. Sprinkle cheese and breading on top breadcrumbs.
  8. Put lasagna in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
