  1. In a bowl with a mixer, beat the whites until soft peaks. Beat with half sugar until it dissolves.
  2. Beat the remaining sugar with the yolks in a lush mixture.
  3. Gently mix whipped whites with yolks, sift the flour into egg mixture and mix.
  4. Put the resulting dough in a pastry bag and set aside cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in the form of sticks 10-12 cm long. Sprinkle with powdered sugar twice through strainer and let stand 10-15 minutes.
  5. Bake cookies in the oven at 190-200 degrees for 10-12 minutes to golden beige.
