- Seven pieces about one cm thick are cut from the loaf.
- Grind hard cheese through a fine grater.
- Place slices of bread in a baking dish. For every piece put three sprats.
- Top with a coat of grated cheese, put in the oven, cook at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
