  • 1/4 Art. lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. l mustard
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Sandwiches

  • 4 whole grain pitas
  • Thinly sliced half cucumber for serving
  • Bean Sprouts, For Serving
  • Chopped radish for serving
  • Shredded lettuce for serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. Chickpea salad. In a medium-sized bowl with a fork or mash the chickpeas and avocado to make a paste with pieces.
