  • 1.5 tsp fried sesame seeds
  • 4 slices of whole grain bread, slightly toasted
  • 1 strong ripe avocado
  • 0.5 tbsp. broccoli or alfalfa sprouts
  • 3 oranges, sliced
  • 0.5 tsp seasoning 5 spices
  • 4 cups of 180 ml. low fat milk

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix 2 tbsp. l vinegar, almonds, 1 tsp. soy sauce ginger, honey, half an onion and a little pepper. Mix cabbage salad.
