His feature lies in the fact that between the two halves of the rolls together with vegetables lies a huge piece of pork chop. Thanks to the marinade and breaded crackers you get juicy and tender meat, covered with a thick crisp. Share with friends: Time: 40 minutes Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 Measured containers are used in recipes volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 900 gr. boneless pork loin
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp. yogurt or kefir
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 packs of salted crackers (approximately 80 pieces)
- 2 tbsp. flour
- Liquid peanut butter for frying
- 4 soft burger buns cut in half
- 1/3 Art. mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. l mustard
- Half a head of strawberry iceberg lettuce
- 2 sliced tomatoes
- 1 red onion, sliced into thin rings
- 4 lightly salted cucumbers, thinly sliced

Recipe preparation:
- Cut the clipping across into 4 equal parts. Every piece lay flat on a cutting board and cut sideways with one edge in half, not reaching about 2.5 cm. to the other edge. Open the steak with a book. Sprinkle each piece of water and place between two cuts of a durable cling film. Using a chop hammer a meat or a heavy frying pan to a thickness of 0.6 cm.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs, yogurt, garlic, cayenne pepper and 1 tsp. salt and black pepper. Put in the mixture chops, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or for the night.
- In a food processor, grind crackers into large crumbs and pour them into a shallow dish. Pour the flour into another dish. Remove each piece of pork from the marinade, drain the excess. Then roll the meat on all sides in flour, dip in the marinade again and roll in cracker crumbs.
- Fill a thick-bottomed pan with oil 0.5 – 1.5 cm. height. Heat on medium to high heat. Deep fat thermometer should show an oil temperature of 180 ° C. Fry meat for 3 minutes on each side to a golden crust. Lay out on paper towels.
- Slices of both halves of each bun with mayonnaise and mustard. Lay lettuce, tomatoes and onions in layers on the lower half. Put chop and salted cucumber on top. Cover another half bun and serve.
