A quick cooking option for samsa home. I cooked from purchased puff pastry. I prepared samsa from one package of dough with pork and samsa with pumpkin and meat. It turned out very tasty!

  1. Cut the pork into small pieces.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  3. Mix meat with onions in a deep bowl.
  4. Add salt and spices to taste. Mix.
  5. Roll out the dough and divide into 8 identical squares.
  6. Put the filling on the dough and sculpt samsa.
  7. Break the egg, lightly beat with a fork and grease each samsa the egg.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  9. We spread samsa on a baking sheet, oiled.
  10. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
