A quick cooking option for samsa home. I cooked from purchased puff pastry. I prepared samsa from one package of dough with pork and samsa with pumpkin and meat. It turned out very tasty!

- Cut the pork into small pieces.
- Peel and finely chop the onion.
- Mix meat with onions in a deep bowl.
- Add salt and spices to taste. Mix.
- Roll out the dough and divide into 8 identical squares.
- Put the filling on the dough and sculpt samsa.
- Break the egg, lightly beat with a fork and grease each samsa the egg.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
