  4. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Pour into the pan water and bring to a boil.
  5. Throw bagels into boiling water. Literally for 30 seconds. Then put them on a baking sheet.
  6. We put in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes. After some time they can be turned over.
  7. We take cold water and add salt to it, so that it is very salty water.
  8. When the bagels got dipped in salt water and immediately pull out, put on a towel to dry.
