  1. Sweet pepper (for beauty we take 2 colors), peel, cut julienne, cut the leek in half and cut in half rings, all sent to oil (2 tbsp.). We set the oven to 190 degrees.

  2. Fry leeks with pepper until soft, pepper and salt. We wash salmon pieces, dry and sprinkle with salt.

  3. For 4 pieces of foil, lay out an equal amount in the middle fried vegetables, add the prepared pieces of salmon and a mug of lemon. We wrap everything in foil, put it on baking sheet and put in the oven for 10-12 minutes.

  4. We take out the delicious salmon and vegetables and serve in foil on a plate.
