Homemade chicken stock

  • 3 chicken 2.2 kg each.

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour the lentils into a heat-resistant bowl and pour boiling water over them. Set aside for 15 minutes, then drain the water.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a saucepan, add onions, leek, thyme, salt and pepper and fry over medium heat for 10 minutes until the onion is soft. Add garlic and fry 2 more minutes.
  3. Add lentils, celery, carrots, and chicken stock tomato paste. Cover and simmer 20 minutes until the lentils are soft. Add vinegar and salt over to taste.
  4. Preheat the oven to 230 ° C.
