  1. Cut the pink salmon fillet into portioned slices.

  2. Put the pieces of fish on a baking sheet sent by a sheet of foil.

  3. Salt and spice each piece. I took the mixture spices for fish, which consists of black and allspice, bay leaf, nutmeg, parsley, dill and garlic.
