  1. Soak skewers in cold water for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour potatoes with boiling water, boil, then cool and peel. Cut into large slices, drizzle with oil, salt and sprinkle paprika.
  3. Cut the salmon into large cubes, grate with salt and black pepper, drizzle with oil.
  4. For each skewer put on 3 pieces of salmon and 3 pieces potatoes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake skewers for 10 minutes.
  6. Then remove the kebab from the oven and put on each skewer with each end on a cucumber.
