  1. Heat a pan with olive oil, add spinach and salmon fillet, cook until soft, stirring.
  2. Cook the Bechamel sauce. Melt the butter, add flour, mix. Pour in the milk slowly, bring to thickening. It should get the consistency of sour cream.
  3. Remove from heat, sprinkle with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix salmon, spinach and sauce.
