If you are on a diet, this does not mean that you need yourself limit and there is something tasteless. I advise you to cook at home delicious salad with vegetable chips and pumpkin, and the diet will not seem to you something terrible! I recommend making this dish with cedar nuts.

- Prepare vegetable chips. Cut carrots, beets, zucchini into thin plates with a peeler. We put the plates on baking sheet and grease with olive oil (just a little bit). Sprinkle sea salt.
- Preheat the oven to 230 degrees and send there our vegetables for 4 minutes.
- Lettuce leaves tearing hands into large pieces. Spread in a deep bowl.
- Add the plates of parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, cilantro and grated ginger.
- Add ready-made vegetable chips.
- Cut the pumpkin into thin chips.
- Let’s prepare a dressing. Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, seasonings and vegetable salt.
- Water the salad with the resulting dressing and mix, top sprinkle with pine nuts.
