- Prepare the necessary ingredients in advance.
- Cut the tomatoes into slices, cucumbers into halves.
- Coarsely chopped sweet pepper.
- In a deep container, mix vegetables, add lettuce and pour sauce. For the sauce we combine balsamic vinegar, mustard and olive oil. Add lemon juice.
- In the center of the plate we spread the half of mozzarella.
- Top with a slice of salmon. Spread lettuce in a circle from vegetables.
- Decorate with capers and sprinkle with herbs. Pour sauce and salt taste.
- Cut beets into thin slices and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven, fry for 5 seconds before serving. We spread it on a napkin.
