Grind potatoes into slices, pat dry with napkins, put in a bowl. Add olive oil, chopped garlic and spices, mix with salt and put on parchment.

Add olives and bake for 50 minutes at 200 degrees.

Put the arugula in a serving plate, add the potatoes and olives. Garnish with slices of slightly salted salmon and serve to to the table.
