- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 3/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley leaves (tamp)

Recipe preparation:
- Prepare the dressing: mix in the bowl of the food processor sun-dried tomatoes, wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic, capers, salt and pepper. Beat almost until smooth.
