  • 6 bottles of beer
  • 1/2 tbsp. Worcester sauce
  • 3/4 Art. seasonings “Delicioso Adobo” (see recipe below)
  • 1/2 tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 medium-sized chopped onion heads
  • 2 peeled stems and seeds and chopped red bell peppers
  • 2 peeled stalk and chopped green bell peppers
  • 6 chopped stalks of green onions (only white and light green parts)
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Seasoning “Delicioso Adobo”:

  • 2 tbsp. l garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp. l onion powder
  • 2 tbsp. l dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp. l lemon pepper
  • 2 tbsp. l dried parsley
  • 2 tbsp. l annatto seed powder
  • 1 tbsp. l cumin powder

Recipe preparation:
