  1. Scale cabbage with boiling water and remove leaves from it. Crop them thick parts.

  2. Boil rice until half cooked and mix with minced meat, egg, grated onions. Roll stuffed cabbage

  3. Salt the filling and add spices. Put leaves on chopping board, put the filling on them and wrap the edges with four sides.

  4. Gently shift the cabbage roll onto a greased form.

  5. Pour in cream, sprinkle with grated cheese.

  6. Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
