  1. Cut the washed champignons into slices, carrots into slices, onions – half rings, peeled peppers with pork – in small slices, cloves of garlic – in half. We put everything in large clay pot, add oil, bay leaf and thyme. We put the oven at 200 degrees.

  2. Mix pork with vegetables and mushrooms well, pour in water (250 ml.), Cover the pot and put in the oven for 2.5 hours.

  3. We take out the finished aromatic roast from pork and immediately serve with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut.
