As the main dish of the New Year’s table, you can cook at home delicious pork according to this recipe. Apples give meat has a special aroma, and mustard makes it soft and tender.

  1. Grate the pork with salt, pepper and coat with mustard. Lay in foil paper.
  2. Cover with a layer of apples, cut into thin slices.
  3. Fully close the foil, transfer to a baking dish.
  4. Put the form in the oven for one hour at a temperature of 200 degrees (or an hour and a half at 180 degrees).
  5. Cut the finished meat with a sharp knife into portions, serve with vegetables, decorating with herbs.
