  • 10 cloves peeled and thinly sliced garlic
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 bunch chopped parsley leaves

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the Casuela ceramic pot or similar oval form. Pour olive oil and mix with chopped garlic. Bring to a low boil and keep on low heat until garlic will not turn golden brown, about 15 minutes.
  2. Salt the shrimp and sprinkle with ground black pepper. Put them into the mold and remove from heat. Leave the shrimp until they become pink and tender. Pour the shrimp with lemon juice squeezed from whole lemon, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Use a slotted spoon to catch shrimp and serve on a plate, laying on top fried golden slices of garlic and sprinkled with parsley.
