Rosemary fish has a unique aroma and taste. in extreme cases, rosemary can be replaced with other herbs.

This dish can be prepared at home from zander, sea bass, trout and any sea fish. Large fish divided into smaller pieces.

  1. Wash the lemon, cut into thin circles, remove the seeds.
  2. Peel, wash, cut the onion rings.
  3. Lay onion rings, lemon circles on the foil.
  4. On them a carcass of fish, previously peeled and gutted.
  5. Put a sprig of rosemary in the abdomen of the fish.
  6. On top of the fish onion rings and lemon slices, slightly salt, Spice up.
  7. Completely wrap the prepared fish in foil, transfer to baking dish, put in the oven for half an hour at temperature of 180 degrees.
  8. Serve on a platter, garnished with lemon slices and rosemary.
