Chicken stuffed with vegetables and mushrooms – delicious, nutritious and a diet dish at the same time. The composition of vegetables can be made variety, picking up any combinations. You can cook at home with any mushrooms to your taste: champignons, oyster mushrooms, chanterelles, white, honey mushrooms, etc. Grease for chicken is made from sour cream with unsweetened yogurt. As a result of baking, the vegetable-mushroom filling is saturated chicken meat juices.

- Wash the chicken and wipe it with a paper towel. Cut off excess fat and coccygeal gland.

- We make sour cream grease for chicken. In a bowl, mix 1 full a tablespoon of sour cream with unsweetened yogurt. Salt and pour seasoning for chicken (you can use spices consisting of dried carrots, dried bell peppers, garlic and red pepper).
- Coat the chicken thoroughly with sour cream on all sides with spices.
- Place the chicken in a baking sleeve and place on a baking sheet or in a pan with a thick bottom. It is advisable to use cast iron to the pan.
