Easy to cook at home and delicious pork roast, champignons, carrots, onions and potatoes. We cut everything put in a large clay pot and simmer for a long time in the oven. Red wine will add a special aroma to the roast.

  1. Diced peeled potatoes, onions – in half rings, carrots – in circles, washed champignons – slices, pork – in small pieces.

  2. In a bowl, mix prepared carrots, potatoes, onions onion, salt and spread in a large clay pot.

  3. Add chopped pork on top, sprinkle with salt.

  4. Spread the mushrooms on the pork, pour the red wine, mixed with flour.

  5. Add garlic cloves on top, bay leaf, water oil, pour water (300 ml.), cover the pot with a lid and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 2 hours.

  6. We take out the fragrant ready-made roast and immediately serve with fresh or canned vegetables and crisp bread. Roast optional can be complemented with your favorite spices.
