  1. Cooking roast beef. Grate meat with salt, pepper, thyme. Grease mustard. Pour with white wine, leave for half an hour.
  2. Cook the pickled meat in a slow cooker on the program “Stew” in olive oil.
  3. Cool the finished meat, cut into thin slices with a sharp knife.
  4. In a bowl, mix yogurt, cheese.
  5. We prepare gelatin according to the packaging instructions.
  6. Pour gelatin, milk into the cheese mass, mix, remove fridge.
  7. Cut the dried tomato, add to the cheese mass, well mix.
  8. Cover the form with cling film, put slices of roast beef, cheese mass on top.
  9. Repeat layers, put in the refrigerator to freeze at least three hours, three o’clock.
  10. When serving, chilled terrine turn over onto a dish, decorate radish, cherry, herbs.
