Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 tbsp. polished rice (preferably short grain or rice for sushi)
- 6 slices of bacon, cut into strips
- 1 head of broccoli cabbage, inflorescences cut into pieces, soft cut the stem into slices
- 2 tbsp. l lightly salted soy sauce
- 1.5 tsp sesame oil
- 4 large eggs
- Coarse salt
- 3 tbsp. l chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 green onion feathers, cut into rings
- 2 tbsp. l chopped marinated peppers jalapenos

Recipe preparation:
- Pour into a medium pan 2.5 tbsp. water, add rice and bring to a boil. Cook rice at medium temperature with the lid on. until most of the water has been absorbed, about 6 min Reduce temperature to low and continue cooking another 12 min Remove from the stove and leave the rice in the pan until served.
- Meanwhile, fry the bacon in a large pan with medium temperature until crisp, for about 10 minutes. Put the bacon on a dish with paper towels. Leave in a pan about 1 tbsp. l sunk fat, increase heating to a moderately high temperature. Add broccoli and fry, stirring occasionally until brown spots appear.
