We pickle the chicken in mustard, stuffed with rice, raisins, nuts and dried cranberries and then baked whole in a large pumpkin. A grand and tasty dish is cooked at home in one go! Here and flavored meat dishes, and rich side dish, and light vegetable component in the form of a pumpkin. Instead of dried cranberries, you can make fresh or frozen.

- Boil rice cereal in salted water until semi-preparedness.
- Crush with a rolling pin walnuts.
- We fry finely chopped on butter bow.
- We wash raisins and dried cranberries with hot water so that they softened. Mix raisins, cranberries, nuts and onions with rice.
- Finely chop the extracted pulp of pumpkin into pieces. pumpkin to rice filling. Salt, pepper and mix everything Ingredients.
- Lightly fry the chicken carcass on a preheated vegetable oil in a pan from all sides.
- Put a portion of the rice filling in a small layer in one of halves of pumpkin.

- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees 1.5 hours.
- We take out of the oven, open the foil and bake in the open form for another 30-40 minutes to make the pumpkin brown.
- On the table and serve the finished chicken in half a pumpkin, decorate with greens and lettuce.
