  1. We set a colander on the pan. Frozen cherry put in a colander. Thaw completely, keep the juice.
  2. Add a glass of cold water and sugar to the pan. Bring to boil and cook for five minutes.
  3. Add cherries and cinnamon to the sauce. Mix corn starch and a tablespoon of cold water, pour into cherry sauce. Mix. Let it boil and thicken a little.
  4. Boil a glass of water with salt, add rice and cook on average fire until water boils.
  5. Add vanilla and brown sugar. Pour soy milk (500 ml). Bring to a boil, cook, stirring. About 35 minutes. Rice should be very soft.
  6. Preheat the oven in the “Grill” mode to the maximum. Pudding put in molds, sprinkle with sugar and bake until caramel crusts. Serve with sauce.
