I offer a recipe, probably the easiest to cook at home pie with raspberries. It turns out quickly and tasty. What you need for a small tea party in a narrow circle!

  1. Mix pre-sifted flour, water, lightly softened butter. Knead the dough. The dough should be elastic, soft, slightly oily. Divide it in half.
  2. Cover the baking dish with parchment paper, put in it half the dough and stretch along the sides. Pierce with a fork in several places. Bake in oven for 10 minutes at temperature 2200C.
  3. Combine sugar with three tablespoons of water, a pinch of vanilla and cinnamon.
  4. Pour half the sugar mixture into an almost ready dough, put raspberries (do not wash it before) and the second half sugar mixture. Close the second half of the dough. Bake in the oven another 30 minutes at a temperature of 2000C.
