Make a juicy, tasty quiche from shortcrust pastry at home. For toppings take a large amount of fresh green onions and fragrant dill. It turns out a great snack. You can do it and serve lunch for the first course.

- Sift the flour. Pour a pinch of salt. Beat 1 egg. Add softened butter. Knead soft dough. Put it in cellophane bag and place in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Rinse the onion and dill well and chop finely. Fry on warmed butter. Salt and pepper. Good mix.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Break 1 egg into a bowl and add cream. A little salt. Beat with a whisk. Pour in grated cheese and mix.
- Roll out the chilled dough and put in a baking dish, closing the bottom and sides of the form.
- Put the fried greens on the dough. Pour in cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
