  1. Rinse broccoli, divide into inflorescences and boil in salted water until half ready.
  2. Put 1 tablespoon of sour cream and softened butter in a bowl. Beat 1 egg. A little salt. Mix.
  3. Slowly add flour. Knead the dough.
  4. Wrap the finished dough in cling film and place in refrigerator for 29 minutes.
  5. Cover the baking dish with parchment and grease with oil.
  6. Roll out the dough around. The diameter should be such that close the bottom of the baking dish and sides. Put the dough in the mold.
  7. Grate the cheese.
  8. Put 1 cup sour cream in a bowl. Beat 4 eggs. Pour grated cheese. Shuffle the resulting fill. Pour into a baking dish on top of the dough. Spread evenly.
  9. Put broccoli inflorescences in the fill.
  10. Crumble cheese and pour between broccoli.
  11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes.
