Try to cook at home rich in vitamins and delicious open pie. The dough is shortbread. Stuffing – from a young May nettles. You can take any cheese to fill the pie. Can do with Adyghe or Suluguni.

  1. 1 egg divided into protein and yolk.
  2. Sift flour into a bowl. Pour baking powder and a pinch of salt. Put slices of butter. Pour in 1 yolk. Grind in crumbs with a fork.
  3. Pour 2 tablespoons of cold water. Knead Shortbread dough.
  4. Roll out the dough and line the bottom and sides of the baking dish. Put in the freezer for a few minutes.
  5. Rinse and dry the nettles. Tear off the leaves. Finely chop.
  6. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Beat 1 egg and add remaining protein. Pour in the cream. Pour nettles. Good mix.
  7. Get out the form with the dough. Spread the filling evenly. To sprinkle saffron.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
