  1. For the marinade, mix the wine, vinegar, thyme (leaves) in a bowl, salt.
  2. Put quail in marinade, cut along the breast and remove the fridge for a couple of hours.
  3. Put potatoes and carrots in slices into a bowl, broccoli (non-freezing), slices of bacon, onion, chopped half rings, slightly salt, pepper.
  4. Prepared vegetables with bacon oiled baking dish (with approximate dimensions 20 × 30cm), lay on top sprigs of thyme (or dry equivalent).
  5. Put pickled quail on vegetables. Remove form in oven for fifteen minutes at 180 degrees.
  6. Then take out the form, carefully grease the bird with vegetable oil, return to the oven for another fifteen minutes.
  7. Ready quail served with fresh vegetables and green salad.
