  1. For the marinade, mix soy sauce, honey, lime juice (or lemon), chopped ginger, dilute with 100 ml of cold water.
  2. In the cooked marinade, we omit the quail, cut into breast and put in the refrigerator for four hours.
  3. We put the prepared quail in a baking dish and remove in the oven for 15-25 minutes (depending on individual ovens). Readiness can be checked by piercing the meat with a knife, with standing transparent juice, the bird should be removed from the oven.
  4. For the sauce, a ladle with lingonberries filled with 150 ml of cold water, put on fire. Add sugar, bring to a boil and, stirring, cook for five minutes.
  5. Separately dilute 100ml cold starch water.
  6. Pour the diluted starch into lingonberry, stir and remove bending.
  7. When serving the finished dish, add sauce to the serving plates, lay quails on top and decorate with greens.
