  1. Wash the pumpkin, cut off the crown, peel and grease butter inside. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and put the pumpkin baked for an hour.
  2. Cut the corn into 6 parts, chop the garlic and cilantro. Cut pepper into half rings, onion into rings, tomatoes into cubes, chopped potatoes.
  3. Fry the coriander seeds in a pan for 2 minutes and cumin. Transfer them to a mortar and grind.
  4. Then fry the onions, peppers and garlic. After 5 minutes add tomatoes, lentils, potatoes and dried apricots.
  5. Pour 1.5 liters of boiling water, add spices, salt and simmer 20 minutes.
  6. Then add cilantro and corn, simmer another 5 minutes.
  7. Fill pumpkin with vegetable stew and bake in the oven for another minutes ten.
