Stunningly fragrant and tasty dish can be prepared at home from fillet of pork stuffed with slices of pumpkin with cilantro and baked in a sauce of olives, coriander and caraway seeds. You can do it on festive table.

  1. Send olives, caraway seeds, coriander to the bowl (you can use seeds and grind in a mortar), seasoning for pork, butter and mix. Send the mixture with olives to the blender bowl and chopped. We put the oven 180 degrees.

  2. A piece of pork (you can take a neck, a loin or a shoulder) rinse, dry and rub the salt. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and mix with chopped cilantro, salt. In pork cut the pocket and fill it with pumpkin and cilantro.

  3. We send the prepared stuffed pork to the form, put the mixture of olives on top, distribute and put in the oven for 50 minutes.

  4. Stunningly fragrant pork with pumpkin, take out, carefully cut into slices with a sharp knife and immediately serve.
