- Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.
- Prepare the filling. In a bowl, mix boiled pumpkin, salt, nutmeg, brown sugar, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ginger. Set the bowl aside.
- In another small bowl, mix 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon and white sugar.
