  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the pumpkin into long slices, peel and spread on a baking sheet (baking sheet previously covered with parchment).
  2. In a bowl, beat soy sauce, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper. Lubricate pumpkin slices with marinade and send to bake in the oven for 40 minutes before softening the pumpkin.
  3. We cut cabbage into thin straws. Chives and dill rinse, dry and finely chop, then mix with cabbage.
  4. Peel the orange from the peel and films, we only need the flesh.
  5. For dressing, mix mayonnaise, mustard, orange juice and turmeric, salt and pepper. We pour cabbage with half the dressing salad, add sesame seeds and mix.
  6. On a plate we spread slices of pumpkin. Spread on top cabbage salad. Garnish with orange slices and pomegranate seeds. Water the remaining dressing.
