- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the pumpkin into long slices, peel and spread on a baking sheet (baking sheet previously covered with parchment).
- In a bowl, beat soy sauce, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper. Lubricate pumpkin slices with marinade and send to bake in the oven for 40 minutes before softening the pumpkin.
- We cut cabbage into thin straws. Chives and dill rinse, dry and finely chop, then mix with cabbage.
- Peel the orange from the peel and films, we only need the flesh.
- For dressing, mix mayonnaise, mustard, orange juice and turmeric, salt and pepper. We pour cabbage with half the dressing salad, add sesame seeds and mix.
