  1. Mix lightly softened butter with powdered sugar, drive in two yolks. Add flour, knead the dough (do not knead strongly). Wrap the dough with polyethylene and remove for 30 minutes in fridge.
  2. Pour prunes with 1-1.5 cups of water, add vanilla and sugar. Cook for 15 minutes over low heat.

  3. Peel, chop, cook the pumpkin for 7-10 minutes. Cool lightly mash.
  4. Add cinnamon, sugar, eggs, cream, lemon to pumpkin puree the juice. After each addition, mix with a mixer.
  5. Cover the baking dish with parchment paper, put in it dough and stretch on the sides. Lay parchment on top of dough or foil, pour tightly dry beans or peas (so that the dough is not rose out of shape).
  6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 2000C. Remove from the oven, remove the beans and paper. Bake 10 more minutes.
  7. Put the bulk of prunes, pour pumpkin puree. Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes at a temperature of 1800C. You can sprinkle the remaining portion of prunes on top and pour the remaining syrup.
