Pumpkin mannik is an incredibly tasty dish. There are no eggs in it butter, flour, and pumpkin is not even felt. I advise everyone to try cook this dish at home! We’ll also make sugar for the manna syrup (recipe is presented below).

  1. The pumpkin needs to be rubbed on a fine grater. Pumpkin Mannik
  2. We turn on the oven 180 degrees in advance so that it warms up. Combine all the ingredients of pumpkin, sugar, semolina, baking powder, kefir and lemon zest, mix everything.
  3. Put the dough in a mold that is greased with vegetable oil and send to the oven for about 40-45 minutes.
  4. While the manna is baking, prepare syrup for it. Mix water sugar and lemon juice, bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes, turn it off and let it cool. As soon as the pie is ready, fill it syrup and sprinkle with coconut.
  5. Do not be afraid that mannick will swim in syrup – in half an hour he absorbs everything and you get a delicious cake. Have a nice appetite!
