  1. We clean the pumpkin from the peel and seeds, cut into small cubes and set to cook until it softens. Then drain the water and grind the cooked pulp in a blender to a puree state.
  2. Sift the flour and mix with yeast.
  3. In pumpkin puree add flour with yeast, salt, sugar, vegetable oil and vanillin. Knead the dough until soft and elastic state. Leave it in a warm room for 1-2 hours for it to rise.
  4. We form round donuts from the dough. They can: 1) fry on a greased frying pan until rosy; 2) fry in deep-fried, and then put the finished donuts on napkins to remove excess fat; 3) put in a baking dish and bake 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees.
  5. The obtained donuts can be decorated with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
