  6. Lubricate the buns with yolk, make a depression in the middle and sprinkle it with sunflower seeds. Press them with your finger. Give infuse for about 40-60 minutes.
  7. Buns will be baked at a temperature of 170 C for 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
