  1. Roll out the puff pastry with a little flour. Cut out from it are the same squares in size. Puffs for breakfast

  2. Cut one of the squares so that you get a frame with an edge a centimeter on each side.

  3. Fold the three squares on top of each other, smearing each with an egg. Lay out the frame on top.

  4. Add ham, slices of paprika and slices to future puffs chopped olives.

  5. Put in the oven for 15 minutes. Puffs during this time will rise.
