I share the recipe for making a delicious pie from home puff pastry. The filling is salmon and omelet. Serving such a pie is better all hot. It is especially tasty with creamy sauce.

  1. Finely chop the tomato and fry until soft.
  2. While the tomatoes are fried, beat the eggs with salt and finely chopped dill.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into a pan with tomato, cover. Fry under a closed lid over low heat until cooked omelet.
  4. Cut the salmon and the cooled omelet into strips 2-3 cm wide.
  5. Divide the dough in half and roll into two thick cakes about 3-4 mm.
  6. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, put in it dough and stretch on the sides. Pierce with a fork in several places.
  7. Lay out the filling, alternating strips of salmon and omelet. Top close the second part of the dough, pinch the edges. Pierce the top cake with a fork in several places.
  8. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 200 C.
