I share the recipe for making a delicious pie from home puff pastry. The filling is salmon and omelet. Serving such a pie is better all hot. It is especially tasty with creamy sauce.

- Finely chop the tomato and fry until soft.
- While the tomatoes are fried, beat the eggs with salt and finely chopped dill.
- Pour the egg mixture into a pan with tomato, cover. Fry under a closed lid over low heat until cooked omelet.
- Cut the salmon and the cooled omelet into strips 2-3 cm wide.
- Divide the dough in half and roll into two thick cakes about 3-4 mm.
- Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, put in it dough and stretch on the sides. Pierce with a fork in several places.
- Lay out the filling, alternating strips of salmon and omelet. Top close the second part of the dough, pinch the edges. Pierce the top cake with a fork in several places.
- Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 200 C.
