  1. Take the puff pastry 1 hour before cooking freezer and leave on the table. Thawed dough slightly sprinkle with flour and and with the help of a cup cut out the petals.

  2. Ready petals are sent to a baking sheet and put in the oven when 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, lemon juice, with a blender, chopped dill (leave a little), ground pepper and salt.

  4. Cut the finished base for snacks in half and fill prepared cheese mixture.

  5. Cut the cucumber in half and into small slices. Add by one slice per cheese.

  6. Cut the salted salmon into small pieces, fold, forming a flower, and add on top. We decorate a fragrant snack with salmon with a small sprig of dill, put on a plate and immediately serve on the table.
