  1. Put the liver on fire, bring to a boil, remove the foam, cook another 20 minutes.
  2. Fry chopped onion in vegetable oil.
  3. Rub the chilled liver through a fine grater. Add stir fried onions, salt, pepper.
  4. Roll the dough into a layer with a rolling pin, cut into squares, in each square lay the filling.
  5. Close in a pie, pinch the edges, transfer to a mold for baking, covered with baking paper. Cook in pre preheated to 180 degrees oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
