  1. Wash the spinach under cold water, wait until it dries.
  2. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry until golden brown, then pour the spinach. Reduce the heat and fry to spinach softened, about 3 minutes. We remove from the fire, salt and pepper
  3. Pour everything from the pan into the blender bowl, add the creamy cheese and chop.
  4. Roll out puff pastry 2 mm thick and cut circles 6 cm in size. Cut along the edges and cuts.
  5. Put the mugs on a greased baking sheet, grease them with whipped egg and bake for 12 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.
  6. We take out of the oven and, while they are warm, we form baskets. We are waiting for it to cool.
  7. We fill the baskets with a creamy spinach mixture and a slice of fillet salmon.
  8. We decorate with herbs and it is advisable to immediately serve.
