I was preparing a dish of minced meat, but it turned out to be more than necessary on 100g. What can be made from such a volume of stuffing !? Cutlet fried eggs, soup ?! And a miracle came to me – PIZZA! I spent 10 total minutes to cook this super delicious pizza, not counting the time baking. But my husband and I were very pleased and full of this pizza. AND minced meat came in handy!

- Thaw puff pastry in advance.
- Spread a sheet of parchment on the table.
- On a sheet, roll out the dough with a rectangle of about 20 * 30 cm.
- Drag the parchment with the dough onto the baking sheet.
- Grease the rolled dough with mayonnaise and ketchup.
- Spread minced slices of pizza over the pizza sliced pickled cucumber and tomato.
- Salt the tomatoes and pepper the pizza to your liking.
- Place the pizza in an oven preheated to 200 degrees on 20 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle on top of the pizza grated cheese.
- Place the pizza pan back into the oven for another 2 minutes. Delicious pizza ready to serve. Bon appetit and be healthy.
